Introducing myself.......
Hello I'm Gill Dayton, and my qualifications are all listed below but the first thing you probably want to know is that I'm a kind, caring non-judgmental professional who will help you to gently breakthru the barriers that are causing you angst and distress.
You can rest assured that your identity and every word we say in our sessions will remain strictly confidential, and that whatever it is you need help with will be treated with wise compassion and understanding.
Like many people I've experienced some ups and downs over the years and I like to think that the mistakes we make and the challenges we face in life are as important as the happy and carefree times, because they help us understand and empathise with others who've also experienced difficulties.
I've always worked in the caring professions and derive much satisfaction from helping others move forward with their lives. A few years back a health issue made it difficult for me to continue helping others in the way I had been working, forcing me to reassess my working life. This led me to hypnotherapy and a new way of caring.
I'm looking forward to meeting you.
Very kind wishes,
Gill
